Customer Care (CC)


Customer Care (CC) Post Date: 02 Jul 09

Responsibilities :

* Handling customer by phone
* Providing information about programmes to the customer
* Inputing conversation based on rule of code in the system

Requirements :

* Male or Female, preferable age 24 – 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma Degree (D3)
* Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
* Good communication skills
* Fluency in English for effective writing and oral communication
* Minimum 1 year experience in the same area is strong advantage
* Computer literacy in MS Office
* A personable manner, a desire to learn, leadership, the ability to work in a team
* Willing to be placed at Kedoya Area
